Timmy and Chloe were leaving school, excited for the day's end. Chloe had a hectic day teaching Mandarin to kindergarteners and inventing a cure for baldness, while Timmy was enjoying an app that showed him with a beard.

Chloe excitedly inserted a DVD of her favorite show, The Fair Bears, into the player. Timmy, however, was not a fan and tried to escape, but was poofed back by Chloe's fairy godparents.

Back at Chloe's room, Chloe and Cosmo woke up to find Timmy getting along with the Fair Bears. Timmy explained that they were being mind-controlled by the Happy Hats.

Chloe was horrified and wished the Fair Bears back into the TV. However, the fairies' magic couldn't reverse the effects of the Happy Hats. The Fair Bears had become too real, and the Happy Hats too powerful.

Chloe and Timmy decided to confront the Fair Bears about their real intentions. The bears confessed that they had been lonely in the TV world and wanted to make real friends.
