Yumi, the Seatopian woman, stands in the heart of the cavern, her eyes closed in concentration. In her hands, she grips a small engraved stone, its inscriptions glowing with a malevolent light. The stone siphons energy from the maimed corpse of Gigan Rex, its surface a mesh of wires transferring power to the shadows. She whispers incantations, her voice a soft, melodic chant. "Rise, protector of our realm, and unleash your wrath upon the surface dwellers," she murmurs, her words echoing against the cavern walls.
As civilians ride the train through the city, they glance nervously out of the windows. Planes fly overhead, their engines screaming against the backdrop of smoke and fire. In the distance, a blast of atomic breath arches over the skyscrapers, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Tanks rumble down the streets, their turrets swiveling towards the epicenter of chaos, where Godzilla emerges from behind the buildings, his scales glistening in the sunlight. A soldier's voice crackles over the radio, describing the beast's exhaustion, yet warning of its relentless power.
The man speaks into his phone, "Rumors say Godzilla is drawn here by the Gigan Miles corpses stored at this facility," he explains. His eyes widen as he spots Yumi, standing defiantly as soldiers surround her with weapons drawn. She raises her hand, the stone in her grasp flashing brilliantly. The soldiers collapse, their bodies crumpling like marionettes with cut strings. The ground trembles and cracks, buildings crumbling as Megalon erupts from the earth, his roar shaking the very air. His Geothermal Napalm launcher activates, spewing fiery devastation upon tanks and helicopters.
Citizens, drawn by curiosity and fear, approach the behemoth, their steps hesitant. Fighter jets scream overhead, their missiles leaving trails of smoke as they target Godzilla. Panic ensues as Megalon descends from the sky, his napalm bullets raining down on the tanks below. Godzilla looks up, his eyes narrowing at the insectoid monster. Megalon launches a volley of Geothermal Napalm, his drill arms slamming into the ground, sending shockwaves through the city. Dust and debris settle, revealing the two titans, their roars a symphony of animosity.
Godzilla swings his massive tail, but Megalon evades, taking to the air with a powerful leap. Godzilla fires his atomic breath, missing as Megalon retaliates with his Beast Killer Light Ray, electricity crackling through the air. The insectoid charges, striking Godzilla with his drill arms, forcing the King of Monsters backward. Godzilla disrupts the beam with a nuclear pulse, charging energy into his arm. As Megalon rushes forward, Godzilla lands a titanic punch, a burst of energy exploding on contact.
Godzilla's charged slaps batter Megalon, who shields himself with his drill arms. Megalon counters with a barrage of napalm bullets, knocking Godzilla onto his back. The King of Monsters retaliates with a nuclear pulse, propelling himself into a flying dropkick that sends Megalon sprawling. As Megalon struggles to rise, Godzilla seizes his horn, enduring the insect's electric discharge and stabbing drill arms. With a surge of energy, Godzilla shatters Megalon's horn, sending him crashing into the ruins. Yumi, glowing with the stone's power, vanishes in a flash of light. Megalon rises once more, his final act of defiance a reckless charge, drilling into Godzilla's flesh. But Godzilla, entering his glowing white state, unleashes a final blast of atomic breath, cleaving Megalon in half.
As the dust settles, Godzilla, scorched and weary, roars in triumph before collapsing. The city, a testament to their clash, lies silent. Sometime later, Godzilla's eyes flicker open, a spark of life amidst the devastation.
