Elias was cradled gently in his mother’s arms, her gaze shifting between her newborn son and the celestial spectacle above. A hush fell over the gathered courtiers and nobles as the kingdom’s seer, draped in robes of deep blue, stepped forward, her eyes reflecting the stars.
"This child is destined for greatness," she intoned, her voice resonating through the hall, "He shall unite what is divided and bring light to the darkest corners of our land."
Whispers of awe and skepticism rippled through the crowd, but Lord Malgreth, standing in the shadows, merely tightened his grip on the goblet he held, his mind already scheming.
Lord Malgreth, "We cannot allow this prophecy to come to pass," he muttered to his trusted advisor, a sharp-eyed man with a penchant for secrecy. "The child must not ascend to power. We must ensure our hold on the throne remains unchallenged."
His advisor nodded, a dark smile playing on his lips as he whispered plans of deceit and betrayal. The air in the chamber grew heavy with their plotting.
Elias's laughter rang out, filled with innocence and joy. His caretaker, an elderly knight with a kind heart, watched over him with pride. "You have a brave spirit, young prince," the knight said, "One day, it will guide you to your destiny."
Elias paused, looking up at the knight with wide eyes full of wonder and determination. "I want to be a king who brings happiness to everyone," he declared, his youthful voice unwavering.
"We must act swiftly," Malgreth instructed, his eyes glinting with malice. "The boy grows stronger, more beloved. We cannot wait for him to challenge us."
The conspirators agreed, their resolve hardened by greed and ambition. As they dispersed, the weight of their dark intentions lingered in the air.
"You must be cautious, my son," she whispered, brushing a lock of hair from his forehead. "There are those who fear your light and will seek to extinguish it."
Elias nodded, his heart heavy with the weight of her words yet bolstered by the strength she inspired. "I will be careful, mother," he promised, "But I will not let fear rule me."
The wind whispered of change, carrying with it the hopes and dreams of a kingdom yearning for light. Elias felt the stirrings of destiny within him, a calling that urged him to fulfill the prophecy spoken on the day of his birth.
His journey was only beginning, but with courage in his heart and a vision for peace, he knew he would rise to meet his fate.
