The Guardians of the Galaxy—Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot—steered their ship through the cosmos, finally landing on a planet that seemed to be a child's dream. The colorful hills and endless fields of flowers stretched out beneath them, a stark contrast to the usual harsh landscapes they encountered.
"This place is... something else," Peter remarked, shading his eyes as he stepped onto the soft grass.
The Guardians watched as four peculiar creatures with antennas on their heads—Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Lala, and Po—frolicked nearby. Their infectious giggles filled the air, and they seemed blissfully unaware of the spaceship that had landed not far from their play area.
"What kind of weirdos are these?" Rocket muttered, eyeing them with a mix of curiosity and suspicion.
Without warning, a beast unlike any other the Guardians had faced emerged, its maw wide open, revealing rows of razor-sharp teeth. The creature roared, sending birds flying from nearby trees.
"Get back!" Gamora shouted, her instincts kicking in as she drew her sword, ready to defend the unsuspecting Teletubbies.
Drax charged forward with a battle cry, his strength unmatched as he took on the monster's legs. Rocket unleashed a barrage of blaster fire, while Groot extended his limbs, wrapping them around the beast to hold it steady for Gamora's precise strikes.
"Keep it steady, guys!" Peter commanded, firing his quad blasters into the creature's gaping mouth.
As the monster collapsed, the Guardians stood victorious yet weary. The Teletubbies, oblivious to the danger they had narrowly escaped, returned to their games, dancing and laughing as if nothing had happened.
"I guess they don't realize how close they came to being lunch," Gamora commented, sheathing her sword.
With the ship ready to depart, Peter took one last glance at the peculiar world they had stumbled upon.
"Let's hope we don't have to come back here anytime soon," he said with a wry smile, as the ship lifted off, leaving the colorful land behind.
