Alex, the demigod son of Athena, skipped along the path, his red cloak fluttering behind him. His eyes sparkled with mischief as he approached the quaint wooden cabin nestled among the trees.
Inside the cabin, Clarisse La Rue lounged in the armchair, a wolfish grin on her face. "Come closer, my dear," she beckoned, her voice playfully gruff.
"Grandma, why do you have such strong arms?" Alex asked, his grin widening as he played along with the fairy tale.
"So I can pick you up better," Clarisse replied with a chuckle, reaching out to lift Alex effortlessly off the ground.
Alex laughed as he dangled in the air, "I should have known you'd go off script!" he teased, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
The two friends continued their playful banter, their laughter ringing through the trees, blending with the sounds of the forest as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over their enchanting adventure.
