Emily, a teenage girl with an impish grin, twirled her wand between nimble fingers. Her eyes sparkled with mischief as she watched a group of teenage boys, oblivious to the magical pranks she had planned.
"Let's have some fun," she whispered to herself, her voice barely audible over the rustling leaves.
With a flick of her wand, one boy's cape transformed into a frilly pink dress, complete with ribbons and lace. His eyes widened in shock as his friends burst into laughter. "What the—?" he exclaimed, his voice now high-pitched and sweet.
The boys, now realizing the source of the chaos, turned their attention towards Emily, their expressions a mix of confusion and annoyance. One of them shouted, "Stop messing around, Emily!" as they began to chase her.
She turned a corner, her wand ready for more tricks. As they closed in, she pointed at one of the boys, transforming him into a little girl dressed as a pumpkin, complete with bright orange hair. He stumbled, his voice now a soft giggle.
She waved her wand again, this time turning another boy's pirate costume into a ballerina outfit, his sword replaced by a wand of his own. He blushed furiously, trying to maintain a brave face amidst the giggles of his friends.
Emily finally slowed her pace, turning to see the boys standing in a huddle, their expressions a mix of bewilderment and amusement. "Happy Halloween, boys!" she called out, her laughter echoing into the night as she disappeared into the shadows.
