Princess Ruby lounged atop the royal throne, her silken hair glinting beneath her jeweled tiara. The usual air of command in her gaze was sharpened by a hint of mischief, for her uncle had departed for the week, leaving her in charge of the kingdom. She twirled a lock of hair and eyed the mysterious, ancient tome her uncle always guarded so jealously.
"If Uncle can handle a spellbook, so can I," she declared, lips curling into a sly smile as she swept the heavy volume onto her lap.
Eager and impatient, Princess Ruby traced her manicured nails across a spell that promised beauty and allure. Without a second thought, she chanted the arcane words, a tingling rush of energy surging through her. To her shock, her belly began to puff out, swelling round and taut; her hips and backside bloated, straining against her silken robe. Her initial gasp of horror faded as a curious warmth blossomed in her cheeks.
"Well... this feels odd, but—not unpleasant," she murmured, her anger simmering beneath her embarrassment.

Determined to reverse her condition, Princess Ruby recited the spell again the next morning. Instead of shrinking, she ballooned further—her belly round as a great ball, arms and legs sinking into the soft orb of her body. She could no longer walk; rolling became her only means of movement. Despite her predicament, she flushed with a strange delight, relishing the sensation even as panic fluttered in her heart.

Princess Ruby tried desperately to dodge the wandering eyes of the servants, rolling awkwardly from shadow to shadow. She rehearsed excuses in her mind, anxiety and stubborn pride warring within her. Yet, each failed spell only made her more inflated, her ruby bikinis gleaming defiantly with every new stretch. The fear of her uncle’s wrath grew with every passing hour.

Uncle Magnus burst in, his eyes widening at the sight of his niece—now a blushing, giggling ball in the center of the room.
"Ruby! What have you done to yourself?"
"I—I tried to fix it, but I like it now! Don’t you dare change me back!"
She rolled swiftly away, bouncing toward her secret hideout in the castle’s farthest tower.

Uncle Magnus found her at last, spellbook in hand, determination in his eyes.
"Hold still, Ruby. This spell is serious!"
"No, I told you—I love it! I feel amazing!"
He chanted another incantation, but instead of shrinking, Princess Ruby swelled even larger, nearly filling the rooftop. She gasped, then laughed, cheeks radiant in the lantern glow, embracing her spectacular, inflated new self with unabashed joy.
