"Soon, you'll become something extraordinary," she whispered, pouring a concoction of chemicals onto a table nearby. Cole felt his consciousness slipping away, visions swirling as the venom began its work.
"We need to act fast," James urged, his eyes filled with urgency. Batman nodded, his cape sweeping behind him as he moved to the Batmobile.
"Decorating the pod might help lift his spirits," Batman suggested, a rare smile touching his lips. Robin gathered photos of Cole's teammates, arranging them around the pod with care.
"It's okay, Cole. I'm here," James whispered, holding his brother's hand as Batman administered the necessary medication.
"Perhaps a touch of magic could help," Batman mused, crafting a special toy to comfort Natalie in her dreams.
"You're my little miracle," Cole murmured, watching her with affection as the Batcave's shadows seemed to retreat, replaced by the warmth of family and newfound hope.
