Sophie, a chubby teen with rosy cheeks and wild, tangled hair, lounges in an oversized armchair. Though she looks younger, her attitude is unmistakably teenage—pouting at her phone and stomping around when she doesn’t get her way. Her uncle’s departure for a week has left her in charge, and she’s already eyeing his mysterious spellbook, convinced it holds the key to endless fun.
"No one tells me what to do when I’m in charge," she mutters, flipping through the heavy pages with a spoiled grin.
Sophie's curiosity gets the better of her, and she attempts the spell, thinking it will make her taller or older. Instead, she feels a strange warmth in her belly, which begins to expand, growing rounder and softer with each passing second. At first startled, she soon giggles, brushing her hands over her now gigantic, chubby stomach, feeling an odd sense of comfort.
"Well...this feels kinda nice," she whispers to herself, blushing as she admires her transformation.
Determined to flaunt her new look, Sophie squeezes into the swimsuit, which hugs her expanded belly snugly. She prances in front of the mirror, feeling both guilty and delighted, but suddenly realizes that her uncle will be furious if he discovers what she's done. Panic sets in as she tries to cover up her belly with blankets and oversized hoodies, but nothing seems to hide the transformation.
Uncle Max, a tall man with graying hair, spots Sophie immediately. His eyes widen as he sees her enormous belly and the ruby swimsuit, and he quickly realizes she’s meddled with his spellbook. "Sophie! What have you done?" he demands, reaching for the book to reverse the spell. Sophie, flushed and defiant, shakes her head and darts out the back door, determined not to lose her new form.
Sophie laughs, her voice echoing across the yard, while Uncle Max stands at the edge, spellbook in hand. "Come here, let’s fix this! You could get hurt," he pleads, but Sophie refuses, diving under the water and hiding behind pool toys. The moon casts silver shadows, and Sophie feels more alive than ever.
"Stop! I love this! It’s so much fun," Sophie cries, splashing water everywhere. Uncle Max shakes his head, realizing that Sophie’s happiness outweighs his concern, and he decides to let her enjoy her transformation—for tonight, at least. The garden lights twinkle, and Sophie lounges in the pool, her ruby swimsuit gleaming, feeling both spoiled and utterly content.
