Tsunade sighed heavily, her eyes scanning the endless paperwork strewn across her desk. The weight of leadership pressed down on her shoulders, a constant companion since she became Hokage.
"Why is being Hokage so dreadfully dull?" she muttered, longing for a break from the monotony.
Suddenly, the alarm bells blared, shattering the mundane tranquility. Startled, Tsunade leapt to her feet, her eyes widening as she peered out the window.
Tsunade slammed the folder shut, storming out of the office with determination etched on her face.
"Tear it to pieces!" she shouted, her voice echoing through the village as she charged into battle.
The confrontation was fierce, with Tsunade's powerful punches causing the ground to shudder. The creature's eerie wheezing filled the air before it collapsed into a pool of slime, vanquished by her might.
Tsunade stared at her reflection, disbelief etched across her features.
"What the...?" she murmured, her voice tinged with hysteria. "I couldn’t have gained this much weight!"
Her clothes felt tight, constricting her movements and fueling her frustration. The changes were undeniable, and her apprentice's concerned gaze only added to her unease.
Tsunade staggered into the lair, her swollen stomach preceding her.
Orochimaru glanced up from his work, a smirk playing on his lips as he surveyed her altered form.
"Well, well, well... what brings you to me, Tsunade?" he drawled, his eyes gleaming with curiosity.
"Don’t play dumb! Look at my stomach! Something is growing inside me, and it’s NOT normal!" she snapped, desperate for answers.
Tsunade lay back reluctantly, her eyes narrowing as Orochimaru began his examination.
"You’re tense, Tsunade..." he noted, his voice a serpentine hiss.
"Of course, it’s alive, idiot!" she retorted, though his touch brought an unexpected relief.
"Oh, something can be done. But it will take time," he mused, pressing gently and feeling something shift beneath her skin.
Tsunade moved through the streets, her swollen form drawing stares and murmurs.
"None of your business what’s happening to me!" she barked at anyone who dared to inquire.
Despite her bravado, a sense of dread gnawed at her. The question loomed large: what if the creature within her emerged?
"Orochimaru, if I don’t get rid of this, I’ll kill you!" she growled, though Orochimaru merely smirked, continuing his slow, deliberate ministrations.
