Lira, a young thief with nimble fingers and a sharp mind, crouched behind a marble statue, her eyes fixed on the shimmering vault ahead. Inside lay her prize: King Alaric's treasured constellation, the Celestial Serpent, a swirling mass of stars contained within a crystal orb. "Almost there," she whispered to herself, her heart pounding with excitement and fear.
Lira sprinted through the castle corridors, her breath ragged as she clutched the glowing orb close. Behind her, King Alaric's guards shouted orders, their footsteps growing louder. "Stop, thief!" one bellowed, his voice echoing off the stone. But Lira was already diving through a narrow window, the cool night air rushing to meet her.
Lira landed softly on the forest floor, quickly melting into the shadows. The orb pulsed in her hands, casting gentle light that danced among the trees. As she ran deeper into the thicket, the sounds of the chase began to fade. She paused to catch her breath, only to hear a rustle nearby. Finn, a rogue starlighter with a mischievous grin and twinkling eyes, emerged from the undergrowth. "You're quite the spectacle tonight," he smirked, leaning casually against a tree.
Lira eyed Finn warily, unsure of his intentions. "What do you want?" she demanded, tightening her grip on the orb. "To help, if you'll let me," he replied, his voice sincere.
