Chris, a 42-year-old man with black hair, slightly overweight and dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, enters the shop. His eyes scan the vibrant covers, a sense of nostalgia washing over him. "I used to love coming here," he murmurs, his voice barely audible over the chatter.
The Clerk, a young woman with a quick smile and a Flash t-shirt, greets him warmly. "You should check out the new Flash series," she suggests, gesturing to a display. Chris nods, feeling a strange pull toward the comics. "Why not?" he thinks aloud, moving toward the display.
As Chris touches a particular comic, a surge of energy courses through him. His body tingles, and he watches in amazement as the weight melts away, his physique transforming into that of a runner's, complete with a defined six-pack. "What is happening to me?" he wonders, his voice filled with awe.
His hair shifts from black to ginger, and his clothes morph into a skintight Flash costume. Chris blinks in disbelief as his mind clears, memories of his 22-year-old self flooding back. "I'm Wally West," he realizes, embracing this new identity as The Flash.
Wally West slides the mask over his head, feeling the weight of responsibility and the exhilaration of his powers. "I can make a difference," he resolves, his heart pounding with excitement.
Wally stands poised to sprint into action, his senses heightened and his confidence renewed. "Time to save the city," he declares, launching himself forward with a burst of speed, his heart full of hope and determination.
