Tsunade rubbed her temples, weary from the endless paperwork. Her mind drifted to the sake bottle hidden in her desk drawer, a tempting escape from the monotony.
"What the hell?!" Tsunade shouted, slamming a folder shut and leaping to her feet. Her heart pounded with a mix of adrenaline and fury as she prepared to confront the beast.
Tsunade charged at the creature, her fists connecting with its gelatinous form. The ground shook, and villagers watched in awe as their Hokage fought with unmatched ferocity.
"Disgusting," Tsunade muttered, wiping sweat from her brow. Unbeknownst to her, a tiny piece of slime detached, sneaking unnoticed into her mouth.
"What the...?" Tsunade whispered, panic creeping into her voice. Her clothes felt constrictive, her body foreign, and her frustration grew alongside her mysterious belly.
"Don't play dumb! Look at my stomach!" Tsunade snapped, desperation tinging her words. She lay back, feeling the unsettling movements beneath her skin.
Orochimaru smirked, his fingers tracing the contours of her swollen belly. "Interesting... It feels like something alive inside," he mused, his curiosity piqued.
"None of your business what's happening to me!" Tsunade exploded at the curious onlookers. Her anger masked a deeper fear of the unknown slumbering within her.
"Orochimaru, if I don’t get rid of this, I’ll kill you!" Tsunade growled, her eyes blazing with determination. The snake-like man merely smirked, his hands continuing their methodical exploration of her swollen stomach.
