Dora adjusts her witch’s hat, smiling as she welcomes friends to the Halloween party. Boots, dressed as a pirate, bounces beside her, eager for adventure. Together, they make sure every guest has treats and a place to sit. The air is filled with the scent of caramel apples and the rustle of paper decorations.
Dora reaches for a tray of cupcakes when she spots the eerie apparition. Boots freezes, clutching her arm, his eyes wide with fear. "Dora, did you see that? There's a ghost!" The two exchange nervous glances, their hearts pounding as the ghost lets out a low, haunting moan.
"Run, Boots! It's right behind us!" The crowd parts as the pair races for the door, desperate to escape the scary spirit. Their footsteps echo through the hall, their costumes trailing behind them in the rush. Outside, the crisp autumn air feels safer, but their nerves are still frayed.
Geo notices the pair's distressed expressions and approaches. "Geo, we saw a ghost in the party! It was so spooky!" "Don't worry, Dora. We'll figure this out together," Geo reassures them, his calm voice steadying their nerves. He gathers clues and asks them to describe exactly what happened.
"Maybe it was just someone dressed up," Boots suggests, his voice trembling. Geo inspects the area where the ghost appeared, noting a trail of glitter and a loose sheet. He asks Dora and Boots to help him check behind the curtain, where a giggle suddenly erupts.
Benny, always cheerful and mischievous, confesses he wanted to surprise his friends with a spooky prank. "I didn't mean to scare anyone so much—I just wanted to make Halloween extra fun!" Dora and Boots laugh, their fear melting away as Geo smiles. The party resumes with even more laughter, and Benny promises to stick to friendly tricks from now on.
