Riley sat on the couch, scrolling through her phone, a hint of frustration lining her pretty face. Her petite figure was tucked into an oversized hoodie. Marissa, her girlfriend, entered the room with a bowl of ice cream, her supportive smile warm and inviting.
"I think we can figure this out together," Marissa encouraged, plopping down beside Riley.
"I just want to gain weight quickly, you know? Maybe if I just eat more and skip the workouts," Riley mused aloud, a touch of uncertainty in her voice.
"Well, maybe we should try a different approach," Marissa suggested, looking thoughtful. "What if we considered something a bit unconventional?"
Riley paused, a spatula in hand, contemplating Marissa's suggestion. "I mean, getting pregnant would definitely help with gaining weight," Marissa proposed with a hint of mischief.
"I never thought about it like that," Riley replied, her mind whirling with the possibilities.
Riley looked across the table at Marissa, determination shining in her eyes. "Okay, let's do it. I'll get pregnant," she declared, her voice resolute.
"We'll make it work," Marissa assured her, reaching for Riley's hand across the table.
Riley stood before the mirror, her reflection showing the subtle changes in her body. She felt a mix of emotions, a blend of excitement and anxiety. "You're glowing," Marissa commented, wrapping her arms around Riley from behind.
Riley reclined on the couch, her hands resting gently on her growing belly. She thought about the journey ahead, the decisions yet to be made. "Whatever happens, we'll face it together," Marissa whispered, her voice a soothing promise in the twilight.
