FiFi fluttered her eyelashes, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness as she adjusted her bow.
Bart Simpson sat across from her, casually dressed in his signature orange shirt, a mischievous grin on his face.
"I never thought we'd be having dinner together," FiFi said, her voice soft.
Bart leaned back in his chair, eyes twinkling with curiosity. "Well, I've always loved surprises," he replied, picking up the menu.
FiFi laughed, her nervousness easing away. "What's your favorite dish here?"
"Anything but broccoli," Bart chuckled, making FiFi giggle.
Bart recounted an amusing tale from his school days, causing FiFi to laugh until her sides hurt.
"You've had quite the adventures," FiFi remarked, her eyes shining with amusement.
"And I'm just getting started," Bart replied, a hint of challenge in his voice.
FiFi leaned forward, her gaze softening. "I didn't expect to enjoy this so much," she admitted, feeling a warmth she hadn't anticipated.
"Me neither," Bart agreed, his voice sincere. "But I'm glad we did."
Bart stood up, offering his hand to FiFi. "Shall we head out before we're buried in snow?"
FiFi took his hand, her heart fluttering with a newfound fondness. "I'd like that," she smiled.
FiFi looked at Bart, feeling grateful for this unexpected evening. "Let's do this again sometime," she suggested.
Bart nodded, his eyes bright with anticipation. "Absolutely," he replied, as they walked together into the snowy night.
