Alibaba, a humble woodcutter, trudges along the rocky path. His donkey carries a modest bundle of firewood, and his brow is slick with sweat. Suddenly, he hears the thunder of hooves and quickly hides behind a boulder, peering out with wide, anxious eyes.
The Chief of the Thieves, tall and imposing, rides at the head of the band. Behind him, thirty-nine fierce Thieves dismount, their eyes darting about. The chief stands before the stone and raises his arms.
"Open Sesame!"
With a deep rumble, the rock shifts aside, revealing the glimmer of untold treasures within the cave.
Alibaba waits until the thieves vanish inside. His heart pounding, he creeps forward and repeats the magic words.
"Open Sesame!"
The stone parts for him, and he enters, overwhelmed by the sight of riches beyond imagination.
Alibaba fills his sack with as much gold as he dares, trying not to disturb the glittering stacks. His hands tremble, torn between fear and greed.
"I must hurry before they return," he whispers to himself, casting nervous glances at the cave’s entrance.
Morgiana, Alibaba’s clever and loyal servant, notices his unease. She watches as he hurriedly hides his treasure.
"Where did you come by such fortune, master?"
"A secret I stumbled upon, Morgiana. But we must be cautious. The thieves will not let their gold go lightly," replies Alibaba, his voice hushed with dread.
The Chief of the Thieves signals his men, anger burning in his eyes. Morgiana, watching from the shadows, quickly devises a plan.
"Fear not, master. Leave it to me," she whispers, her determination shining as she steels herself for the danger to come.
