Krishna, with his mischievous smile, was at the center of the play. His friends, including Mohan and Radha, surrounded him, each taking turns to catch the ball. "Catch it, Krishna!" shouted Mohan, hurling the ball towards him. With swift grace, [@ch_1]Krishna[/@ch_1_d]"Got it!"[/@ch_1_d] he replied, catching it effortlessly.
Radha[/@ch_3_d]"Oh no! The ball!"[/@ch_3_d] she exclaimed, her eyes wide with worry. "It’s gone into the river!" lamented [@ch_2]Mohan, pointing towards the rippling water. The children knew the ball had drifted into the forbidden part of the river, where the feared serpent Kaliya resided.
"We can’t go in there! Kaliya lives in the water!" warned Mohan, his voice tinged with fear. Krishna[/@ch_1_d]"Don’t worry, I’ll get the ball back,"[/@ch_1_d] he assured them, his tone calm and determined. Without hesitation, [@ch_1]Krishna dove gracefully into the depths of the Yamuna, his form disappearing beneath the surface with a splash.
"Who dares disturb my waters?" Kaliya demanded, its voice reverberating through the river. [@ch_1]Krishna[/@ch_1_d]"I’ve come for the ball, and to teach you a lesson!"[/@ch_1_d] he declared, his voice unwavering despite the threat before him.
The serpent’s strikes were met with swift dodges as Krishna balanced effortlessly. The children watched from the riverbank, their anxiety turning to awe as they witnessed the spectacle.
"Forgive me, O mighty Krishna! I will leave these waters forever," Kaliya pleaded. [@ch_1]Krishna[/@ch_1_d]"Go in peace, and never harm anyone again,"[/@ch_1_d] he replied, his voice carrying the promise of safety restored to the Yamuna.
"Krishna, you’re amazing!" exclaimed Mohan, his face lit with admiration. [@ch_1]Krishna[/@ch_1_d]"Let’s play!"[/@ch_1_d] he laughed, tossing the ball back to his friends. The children resumed their game, their hearts filled with newfound courage.
The serene river bank echoed with laughter, while Radha[/@ch_3_d]"With [@ch_1]Krishna around, we have nothing to fear!"[/@ch_3_d] she said, her voice brimming with confidence.
The gentle notes of his flute filled the air, bringing a sense of tranquility to the village. And thus, another adventure of Krishna brought joy and safety to the people of Gokul, a testament to his courage and compassion.
