May walked alongside her little brother Max, enjoying the warmth of the afternoon sun. The path meandered through lush greenery, a perfect setting for their adventure. Suddenly, a shimmering light appeared ahead, drawing Max's gaze.
"Max, wait!" May called out as he wandered off the path, entranced.
Max stood still, his eyes glazed over, as the Traunfugile worked its magic. May rushed to his side, trying to shake him awake, but he remained under the spell.
"Max, snap out of it!" May pleaded, her voice tinged with desperation.
Realizing she needed help, May hoisted Max onto her back, determined to get him to safety. The weight of her brother was heavy, but her resolve was stronger. She set off towards the nearest Pokémon Center, her steps quickened by the encroaching night.
May stumbled over a root, catching herself just in time. The journey was taxing, and her muscles ached, yet she pushed onward, her mind focused on Max's wellbeing.
"Just a little further, Max," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the gusts of wind.
May breathed a sigh of relief as she reached the Pokémon Center. The nurse on duty rushed forward, concern etched on her face.
"Please, help my brother," May implored, her voice filled with urgency.
As the nurse attended to Max, May watched anxiously. The warmth of the center enveloped her, and she knew they were in good hands. Slowly, Max began to stir, his eyes fluttering open.
"May?" he murmured, confusion giving way to relief.
"You're safe now, Max," May assured him, a smile breaking across her face.
