Spider-Man swung gracefully through the air, his silhouette stark against the deepening twilight. As he soared above the treetops, a sudden, sharp scream pierced the tranquility. "Hang on, I'm coming!" he called out, his voice strong and reassuring.
The Boy turned his tear-streaked face towards Spider-Man as he landed lightly before him. "What happened, buddy?" Spider-Man asked gently. "My bike... I went to the zoo, and now it's gone," the boy replied, his voice trembling.
Spider-Man crouched down, inspecting the severed lock with a keen eye. "Looks like someone with a knack for cutting locks," he mused aloud. He turned to a nearby vendor, who had witnessed the theft. "Three guys in masks. And there was a van with a Death Star on it," the vendor said, recalling the event vividly.
Spider-Man watched from the shadows as the masked thieves emerged, ready to commit another crime. "Not today," he whispered to himself, leaping into action. His agile movements were a blur as he thwarted their plans, webbing them up swiftly.
Officer Blake, notorious for his dubious reputation, pulled out his weapon, aiming at Spider-Man. "I thought you were here to uphold the law," Spider-Man quipped, dodging the shot with ease. The thieves, taking advantage of the distraction, attempted to flee.
Yuri approached with a knowing look. "Blake, you're under arrest," she declared firmly, her voice cutting through the night. Spider-Man handed over the stolen goods, including the boy's bike. "Thank you, Spider-Man," the boy said, his face lighting up with gratitude.
