Liam walked along the empty beach, feeling very small next to the huge ocean. The sun was going down, painting the sky and water orange.“I wish I knew where to go,” he said quietly, but his voice was hard to hear over the loud crashing of the waves.
Just as Liam started to feel really scared, something moved in the water. He looked and saw a group of orcas swimming smoothly through the waves. He watched with wide eyes as the biggest orca came closer. Its black-and-white body shone in the sunlight, and its eyes looked smart and kind.“Are you here to help me?” Liam asked softly, feeling a little bit of hope in his heart.
The sea started to move wildly, with big waves crashing around Liam. The water was rising fast, making it harder for him to stay standing.Liam looked at the shore and saw the water cutting him off. Panic filled him as he realized he couldn’t stay there.“I have to get out of here,” he said, his voice shaky with fear.
The orcas moved together in an amazing way, making a line between Liam and the deep ocean. One by one, they took their places to create a living bridge.Liam looked at them and understood what they wanted to do. Carefully, he stepped onto their strong, smooth backs.“Thank you,” he said softly, his heart full of happiness and hope.
With the orcas helping him, Liam carefully walked across the living bridge. The moonlight danced on the water, making it look like a shiny, silver path leading to safety. As he moved, Liam couldn’t stop thinking about how strong and graceful the orcas were. He felt like they understood him, and he felt close to them.“I owe you so much,” he said softly, his voice full of amazement and thanks.
Finally reaching the safety of the beach, Liam turned to see the orcas still watching him, their presence reassuring and warm. He waved, a silent promise of friendship and gratitude. As they disappeared beneath the waves, Liam knew he would never forget this incredible encounter. "I’ll always remember you," he vowed, knowing his life had changed forever.
