Helpis a lively dog with four white paws and a wiggly tail. Help is always running around with her favorite orange ball clutched in her mouth. That is why sometimes it looks like she is nowhere to be found, but if you keep looking, you will find her everywhere. Wherever she goes, everyone seems to know her. That makes Help happy. Her brown ears always perk up as she hears her name and she always greets familiar faces with a joyful bark.
Help suddenly stopped, hearing her name called out. An old frog, perched on a rock, croaked for assistance. "Did you call for me?" she inquired, her tail wagging in anticipation. "Indeed, I did. Could you help me cross to the pond? It's too hot on this rock," requested the frog. With a quick dash, Help found a large leaf, providing the frog shade as it hopped to safety.
As Help resumed her journey, she heard another plea. A squirrel, its eyes wide with distress, pointed to an acorn ensnared in a web. "What seems to be the problem?" asked Help. The squirrel replied, "My acorn is stuck, and I can't reach it." With careful precision, Help retrieved the acorn, earning a grateful nod from the squirrel as it scampered away.
Finally reaching the park, Help felt a wave of joy wash over her. As she chased her orange ball, a curious pigeon perched on the tree above her. The Pigeon asked, "What is your name, dog?" "I am Help," she replied, her eyes twinkling with pride.
Intrigued, the pigeon wondered, "How do all those animals know you?" Help explained, "They didn't at first, but now they do. I always stop to help those who call for me. It's what makes my journey special." The pigeon looked confused and asked, "Doesn’t that delay your journey?” to which Help quickly replied "Certainly not Mr. Pigeon! With a big smile Help continued "This is what MAKES my journey! You see, I never know what my journey holds Mr. Pigeon - continued Help - Will it be scary? Or funny? Or adventurous? I don't know, but I do know that it will always cross with someone calling for me! So I get to be kind and helpful to them, even when they really don’t know me yet.” The pigeon nodded, beginning to understand the essence of Help's adventures.
With a contented heart, Help bid farewell to the pigeon. "If you ever need help, just call my name," she assured "I might be closer than you know". As she trotted back home, the orange ball bouncing beside her, she reflected on the friendships forged and the joy of lending a helping paw.
