Daisy, a 7-year-old girl clad in a bright yellow raincoat and matching boots, presses her nose to the window, watching fat drops race down the glass. She longs to be outside, where the world seems to glisten and come alive in the rain. Each splashy puddle calls to her, promising adventure beyond the confines of her cozy living room.
Daisy bursts out the backdoor, her boots kicking up water as she giggles with delight. Suddenly, she spots the frog, its skin glistening and eyes wide. With a gentle crouch, she leans in close, her voice soft with wonder. "Hello there, little frog! Do you like the rain just as much as I do?"
Frodo the Frog, a curious and friendly amphibian with bright golden eyes and a speckled belly, gives a cheerful ribbit in reply.
"Ribbit-ribbit! I love the rain! It makes the world so much more fun," Frodo the Frog seems to say, hopping closer.
Daisy beams, reaching out her hand. "Would you like to go on an adventure with me? I know all the best puddles to jump in,"
With a delighted croak, Frodo leaps onto her palm, ready for whatever wonders the rainy day might bring.
Daisy leads Frodo from puddle to puddle, each one deeper and more magical than the last. "Look, Frodo! This one's as big as a lake!" she exclaims, jumping in and sending ripples across the surface.
Frodo performs a perfect frog leap, landing beside her with a splash so grand it makes Daisy laugh even harder. Their joy fills the air, brighter than any sunny day.
Daisy gasps in awe. "It's like a secret pond! Look how beautiful everything is when it rains,"
Frodo bobs his head, his eyes shining as he answers, "Every drop brings a new place to play. Rain makes the world wonderful, don't you think?"
Together, they dance and splash, their laughter echoing across the garden, celebrating the magic found in every raindrop.
Daisy kneels beside Frodo, her cheeks rosy and her heart full. "Thank you for the adventure, Frodo. Will you come out again next time it rains?"
Frodo gives one last joyful ribbit before hopping toward the damp garden, disappearing behind a flower. "I'll be waiting, Daisy. Every rain brings a new adventure!"
Daisy watches the last drops fall, already dreaming of the next wonderful, splashy day with her friend.
