Boo, the older sister with curly hair, sat on the grass, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Lou her younger sister with braids, was busy arranging their stuffed animals in a neat row. "Let's play pretend, Lou! Today, we are firefighters!"
"I'm ready, Boo, We've got to save our friends!" Louexclaimed, her face glowing with enthusiasm. Boo, wearing a red cap, pretended to slide down an invisible fire pole. "Let's go, Lou! The stuffed animals need us!"
Lou and Boo dashed towards their stuffed animals, imagining a daring rescue. "Quick! Grab Teddy from the flames!" Boo instructed, her voice filled with urgency. "I'm on it!" Lou replied, scooping up a fluffy bear.
With all the animals safely in their arms, Lou and Boo collapsed onto the grass, giggling. "We did it, Lou! We saved everyone!" Lou cheered. "Yes, we are the bravest firefighters ever!" Boo agreed, beaming with pride.
As the sun dipped lower, Boo looked at Lou with a thoughtful expression. "You know, Lou, if we can be brave firefighters, we can be brave at school too." Lou nodded, "Yeah, and we’ll have each other just like today."
Boo tucked Lou into bed, both feeling ready for their first day of school. "Goodnight, Lou. Tomorrow will be an adventure too." "Goodnight, Boo. I can’t wait!" Lou whispered, closing her eyes with a smile.
