Catdog and Tigger arrive, tails wagging and bouncing with excitement, joining the rest of the Disney Junior club. "Who's ready to watch Amanda the Adventurer?" calls , raising his striped paws high. The others—[@ch_3]Pooh, Stuffy, Flicker, Kwazii, and Rusty—enthusiastically follow suit, laughter filling the air.
Pooh[/@ch_3] clicks the remote. The familiar theme song of Amanda the Adventurer echoes, and Amanda appears onscreen beside her woolly friend, Woodly.]
"Who's Amanda the Adventurer?" asks Dog, his ears perking curiously. "She's the bravest explorer on TV—always finding something new!" explains Tigger, grinning. As Amanda smiles from the screen, Pooh settles back, honey pot in hand.
Amanda waves. "Hi, friends! I love apples! Do you like apples too?" Stuffy nods shyly, Flicker grins, and Kwazii agrees with a piratey wink. Cat hesitates, then admits he’s never tried apples before. "It's okay to try something new," Amanda encourages, her words warm and patient.
"Do you know where the store is?" Amanda asks. The friends scratch their heads, puzzled. Rusty suddenly points. "There it is, Amanda!" Amanda beams, waves to the Shopkeeper, and continues, "What do we need from the store?"
"Is it a fish biscuit?" Kwazii asks, scratching his head. "No, not quite!" Amanda responds. "Is it a cookie?" asks Cat. Suddenly, Amanda's eyes narrow and her tone hardens, sending a chill through Pooh. Tigger whispers, "It's meat. That's what she wants." Amanda's smile stretches unnaturally as she glances at Woodly, and then—to everyone's horror—she produces an axe and strikes. Kwazii gasps, and the screen abruptly cuts to black.
"Where are we going to get an expert?" Cat whispers, voice trembling as everyone looks nervously at each other—then, all eyes land on Cat. Tigger gently nudges him toward the door. "Are you sure it's safe?" Cat gulps, feeling a cold lump in his throat, but the group nods encouragingly.
Cat[/@ch_1] approaches the door, the silence broken only by his shivering breath. He knocks, the sound echoing.]
The TV flickers back on, and Amanda appears, her shape shifting into a monstrous form. Cat stares in terror, slowly turning his head to see Amanda's twisted smile. He leaps into Pooh's arms in fright, calling out, "Dog, turn it off!" Dog hurriedly switches off the TV, and the group sighs with relief.
Cat opens the door with trembling paws—and there stands Amanda! He faints, collapsing onto the welcome mat. But Amanda pulls off her mask; it's only Milli, giggling. Kwazii helps Cat up as he sighs, relief washing over him. The friends all laugh, grateful that their adventure was only on TV—this time.
