Amy, a curious toddler with wide blue eyes and chubby cheeks, sits on the carpet, gazing at the shaft of golden light stretching across the room. Her mother, Sarah, kneels nearby, arms outstretched and a gentle smile on her face. The walls are adorned with pictures of animals and cheerful rainbows, casting a warm, inviting atmosphere.
"Come to Mommy, Amy! You can do it," Sarah encourages softly, her hands ready to catch her daughter if she falls. Amy wobbles onto her knees, determination flickering in her eyes. She glances at the rabbit, then at her mother, her tiny fingers digging into the carpet for balance.
Amy takes a shaky breath, teetering for a moment. Her arms reach out for balance, and she giggles nervously, her gaze flicking between the rabbit and her supportive mother. Her first foot lifts, toes curling as she tries to step forward.
Amy sways, nearly toppling, but catches herself and grins with delight. Sarah beams, tears of pride glimmering in her eyes. "That's it, sweetheart! You're walking!"
Amy buries her face in Sarah's shoulder, squealing with joy. Sarah hugs her tightly, rocking back and forth. "You did it, Amy. I’m so proud of you,"
Amy clutches her rabbit, already eager to try again. Sarah sets her gently on her feet, hope and excitement dancing in both their eyes. The nursery feels brighter now, alive with the magic of first steps.
