Anaya adjusted the straps of her backpack, her sneakers tapping impatiently against the floor as boarding was announced.
Cinnamoroll, the fluffy white puppy with blue floppy ears, hovered beside her, suitcase in paw.
"Are you ready for the biggest adventure ever, Cinnamoroll?"
"I can't wait to see all the amazing places! I hope we get to try lots of yummy snacks," he replied, eyes gleaming with anticipation.
Anaya shielded her eyes, marveling at the sheer size and age of the monument before them.
Cinnamoroll fluttered up, ears flapping in the sun-warmed breeze, his gaze fixed in awe on the towering limestone blocks.
"Did you know these pyramids are thousands of years old?"
"It's like stepping into a storybook from long, long ago. I wonder if we'll find a secret passage," he mused, peeking around with playful curiosity.
Hand in paw, Anaya and Cinnamoroll wandered beneath the twinkling tower, laughter and chatter swirling around them.
"Let's go to the top and see all of Paris sparkle,"
"And afterwards, can we try some macarons? They're supposed to be delicious here," he asked, already dreaming of sweet treats as they joined the line for the elevator.
Anaya paused to catch her breath, cheeks flushed with excitement as they climbed higher.
Cinnamoroll gazed out over the sweeping landscape, his imagination alight with stories of ancient builders.
"It's amazing how people built this wall so long ago, brick by brick,"
"I wonder how far it goes. Maybe all the way to a secret treasure!" he exclaimed, scampering ahead with boundless energy.
Anaya leaned against the railing, eyes wide as they neared Lady Liberty’s pedestal.
Cinnamoroll floated just above her shoulder, fur ruffled by the breeze, looking up with admiration.
"She stands for freedom and hope for so many people,"
"I feel so small next to her, but also really inspired. Maybe we can make a difference, too," he said softly, hope shining in his eyes.
Anaya posed for a photo, pretending to hold up the iconic tower, while Cinnamoroll floated beside her, giggling.
"It really does lean! I can't believe we're here,"
"Let's celebrate with a giant slice of pizza and maybe some gelato for dessert," he suggested, tail wagging at the thought of more delicious discoveries.
Anaya glanced at her friend, her smile tired but radiant.
"We really did see the wonders of the world, didn't we?"
"And the best part was sharing every moment with you," he replied, snuggling close as they made their way home, already dreaming of their next adventure together.
