Angelia Maria stood at the front of the classroom, her curly ginger hair bouncing with each enthusiastic gesture. Her bright smile and twinkling eyes captured the attention of her young audience. "Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re going to learn about good manners," she announced with a cheerful voice.
Angelia Maria picked up a book with a rainbow-colored cover. "Let's start by talking about how we can be kind to each other," she said, opening the book to a page filled with illustrations of children sharing toys. "Can anyone tell me what’s happening here?" Ron Jr. with a blue cap raised his hand. "They’re sharing and helping each other," he said proudly. "Exactly!" Angelia Maria beamed. "Sharing is a wonderful way to show kindness."
Angelia Maria sat cross-legged on the rug, inviting the children to join her. "Sometimes, our friends might feel sad or upset," she explained, holding a teddy bear to her chest. "What can we do to help them feel better?"
A girl with pigtails hugged a stuffed bunny. "We can give them a hug or talk to them," she suggested softly.
"Yes! Listening and being there for someone is very important," Angelia Maria agreed, nodding encouragingly.
Angelia Marialed the children outside, where they could put their new skills into practice. "Now, let’s try using our good manners while we play," she suggested, pointing to the swings and slides. The children scattered across the playground, helping each other climb up and offering turns on the swings. Laughter filled the air as they played harmoniously, guided by Angelia Maria's lessons.
Angelia Maria asked the children to draw a picture of something kind they did today. As they worked, she walked around praising their efforts. "You all did a wonderful job using good manners today," she said, her heart full of pride.
Angelia Maria stood by the door, waving goodbye. "Remember, kindness and good manners make the world a better place," she reminded them, her voice filled with warmth and hope.
As the children left, their hearts were lighter, inspired by Angelia Maria's lessons on empathy and kindness, ready to spread good manners wherever they went.
