Yoyo, a fluffy little cub with bright, curious eyes, watches quietly as Mommy Bear stretches her paws toward the sky. Birds chirp outside the window, and the room is calm and peaceful. Yoyo wonders what his mommy is doing every morning.
"Mommy, what are you doing on that mat every day?"
Mommy Bear[/@ch_2]'s soft fur. She smiles warmly at her little cub, sitting cross-legged beside him. A gentle breeze flows through the open window, making the leaves rustle softly.]
"I am practicing Yoga, dear," Mommy Bear says in a gentle voice. "Yoga is a special way to move our bodies and help our minds feel happy and calm. It helps us stay strong and healthy."
"Can I do Yoga too, Mommy?"
Mommy Bear[/@ch_2] holds up five furry fingers, ready to share her wisdom.]
"Of course, sweetheart! Yoga is good for everyone, even little bears. Let me tell you five ways yoga helps us: One, yoga makes our bodies strong and stretchy. Two, it helps us breathe deeply and feel calm. Three, yoga gives us lots of energy to play. Four, it helps us sleep better at night. Five, yoga makes our minds happy and helps us focus when we want to learn new things."
"Wow! Yoga does so many things. I want to be strong and happy like you."
"Let me show you some simple yoga poses. These are called asanas," Mommy Bear explains. "First, we do the Tree Pose. Stand on one foot and pretend to be a big, tall tree. Next, let's try Cat Pose. Get on your hands and knees, arch your back, and pretend you are a stretching cat. And then we do the Downward Dog Pose—make a mountain shape with your body."
"I like being a tree and a cat! Yoga is fun!"
Mommy Bear[/@ch_2] and Yoyo stand together on the mat, ready for new movements.]
"Now, let's try Sun Salutation. We raise our arms up high, bend down to touch our toes, step back, and stretch like we are saying good morning to the sun," Mommy Bear says with a big smile. "Sun Salutation helps wake up our bodies and makes us feel bright and shiny inside, just like the sun."
"Good morning, Sun!" Yoyo giggles, copying each movement and feeling proud.
Yoyo[/@ch_1]'s face is full of excitement. Soft light shines on both bears as they sit together, paws touching, ready for a new day.]
"Yoga keeps us healthy and happy, my little bear. If we practice together every day, our bodies and minds will grow strong," Mommy Bear says softly.
"I want to do Yoga with you every morning, Mommy! Can we start tomorrow?"
"Yes, Baby Bear. We will do Yoga together and have lots of fun," Mommy Bear promises, giving him a big, warm hug.
