Ben, a curious young boy with an insatiable love for the stars, sat cross-legged on the veranda, his eyes glued to the heavens. He counted each star with a mix of awe and delight, feeling a sense of wonder that the vast universe could be so close.
Ben frowned, his heart sinking. "Why are there so few stars tonight?" he murmured, perplexed and saddened by the absence of his celestial companions. The sky, usually a source of joy, now felt strangely empty.
Ben rushed to her side, his voice tinged with urgency. "Nenek, why have the stars disappeared tonight?" Nenek paused, a gentle smile gracing her lips. "Perhaps they are hiding, dear. But remember, stars love those who are kind and helpful."
Ben pondered his grandmother's advice. "Helping, huh?" he mused, recalling his reluctance to tidy up. Determined to bring back the stars, he resolved to change.
He made his bed, swept the floor, and organized his toys with care. The room transformed into a haven of order, reflecting his growing sense of responsibility. Ben beamed with pride, eager for nightfall.
Ben gasped in delight, his heart swelling with joy. "Nenek, look! The stars are back!" he exclaimed, rushing to embrace Nenek. Her eyes sparkled with pride. "Stars love those who are kind and diligent," she whispered, holding him close.
