Benny the Bunny peeked out from his cozy home, his soft white fur gleaming in the morning light. Today felt like a special day, full of new possibilities. "I wonder what adventures are waiting for me," he whispered to himself, his big ears twitching with excitement.
Tina the Turtle, slow but always smiling, waved her tiny green flipper. Freddy the Fox, with his bushy tail, darted around in circles. "Benny, come play hide and seek with us!" Tina called. Benny bounded over, his heart thumping with joy.
"Let's play by the brook!" Freddy suggested, his eyes sparkling. Benny hesitated, remembering his mom’s warning about the slippery stones near the water. "I’m not sure… The rocks can be very slippery," Benny said softly, glancing at his friends.
"It’s okay to be careful, Benny," Tina reassured him with a gentle smile. Freddy, eager for fun, started hopping from stone to stone. Suddenly, with a big splash, Freddy slipped and tumbled into the shallow water!
Benny felt a flutter in his chest. Taking a deep breath, he hopped carefully onto the first stone, making sure it was steady. "Freddy, hold onto my paw," Benny called bravely. With Tina’s help, they pulled Freddy out of the brook, everyone laughing with relief.
"Thank you for helping me, Benny. I should have listened when you said the rocks were slippery," Freddy admitted, his fur a little soggy. "It’s okay, Freddy. We all learned something today," Benny replied, smiling. "Being careful and honest keeps us safe and happy," Tina added as they all hugged.
