Inside the house, Milo, a curious little bunny, wakes up with a stretch and a yawn. Today feels special, but he isn't sure why. As he hops out of bed, he notices a fluttering in his chest—a mix of excitement and something that makes his nose wiggle. "Good morning, world! I wonder what my feelings will bring today," Milo whispers.
Mama Bunny, kind and patient, sits beside Milo as he munches on breakfast. Milo frowns a little, unsure why he feels both happy and nervous. "Feelings can be big and confusing sometimes," Mama Bunny says softly. "How do I know what to do with them?" Milo wonders aloud.
Milo tiptoes into the garden, watching the world with wide eyes. Suddenly, he feels a wave of frustration when he can't reach the swing. "I can't do it! It makes me mad!" Milo shouts, stamping his foot. Mama Bunny kneels beside him, her eyes gentle. "It's okay to feel mad. Take a deep breath and try again," she encourages.
Milo sits with Mama Bunny, hugging his knees. "Feelings are like clouds—they come and go. When you feel a big one, you can talk about it, breathe, or even draw a picture," Mama Bunny explains. "Maybe my mad feeling is just a passing cloud," Milo says, smiling a little.
Milo draws a big cloud with a bright rainbow peeking out. Mama Bunny joins in, doodling a smiling sun. "See? Sharing your feelings helps them feel lighter," she says. "I feel much better now," Milo giggles, holding up his colorful drawing.
Milo cuddles close to Mama Bunny, feeling calm and safe. "No matter how big your feelings are, you can always share them," Mama Bunny whispers as she tucks Milo in. "Tomorrow, I’ll be ready for whatever feelings come my way," Milo says, already dreaming of colorful clouds.
