Mila was a brave young girl, but she had always been afraid of the dark. One evening, as she lay in bed, her attention was drawn to a peculiar sight in the night sky. A tiny star seemed to be sitting on a cloud, its light dim and its expression sad.
"Why are you crying?" Mila asked softly, her voice barely above a whisper.
Bintang Kecil, the little star, shimmered faintly. "I fell from my place in the sky and don't know how to get back," it replied, its voice tinged with sorrow.
Mila felt a pang of sympathy for Bintang Kecil. Though the thought of venturing into the darkness frightened her, she couldn't leave the star alone. "I'll help you find your way back," she declared, mustering all the courage she could find.
Bintang Kecil brightened slightly, offering a comforting glow. "Thank you, Mila. Together, I believe we can do it," the star said.
As Mila and Bintang Kecil entered the dark forest, Mila felt her heart race. The darkness seemed to close in around them, but Bintang Kecil whispered, "Sing with me, Mila. Music will give you strength."
Mila began to sing, her voice trembling at first, but growing stronger with every note. The melody filled the air, and with it, her fear began to melt away.
The climb up the hill was arduous, with gusts of wind pushing against them. Bintang Kecil shone brighter, casting a warm light that guided Mila's steps.
"Follow my light, Mila. We’re almost there," encouraged Bintang Kecil.
With determination, Mila pressed on, each step bringing them closer to their goal.
Mila approached the owl, her heart pounding with both fear and hope. "Please, we need your help to reach the sky," she explained bravely.
The owl, with a deep and gentle voice, replied, "I see your courage, child. I will guide you." With a flap of its wings, the owl created a pathway of light, leading towards the heavens.
Mila and Bintang Kecil followed the path until the star finally reached its place in the sky. With a joyful twinkle, Bintang Kecil said, "Thank you, Mila. I would never have found my way without you."
Mila watched as the star shimmered with newfound brightness. That night, as she returned home, a comforting realization washed over her. The dark was no longer something to fear, for she knew a little light could always guide her through.
