Bottomless Potamus bursts out the front door, his plump figure clad in a bold red t-shirt and rolled-up jeans. His red “B” baseball cap sits askew, and his cheeks puff as he yawns and rubs his eyes. He pats his rumbling tummy, eyes lighting up at the breakfast smells. "Mum, I’m starving! What’s for breakfast? Can I have five pancakes with banana syrup, please?"
Bottomless’s mum smiles warmly as she piles pancakes high. His little sister, in matching jeans and a purple shirt, helps eagerly. "I could eat pancakes all day, every day. Maybe even pancakes for lunch and dinner!" Mum places the towering stack in front of Bottomless, her eyes twinkling. "Eat up, but remember—save room for your snack! It’s Jungle Snack Day in town, and there’s a surprise for everyone."
Bottomless licks the last drop of syrup from his chin, grabs his tasting card, and heads out the door at top speed. He weaves through the crowd, his cap bouncing, eyes wide at the sight of monkeys juggling fruit and a zebra painting faces. "Whoa! Look at all those snacks! I bet I can try every single one," he announces, patting his belly, as his friends giggle beside him.
The toucan bellows, "Welcome, snack seekers! If you can taste every snack and still have room for dessert, you’ll win the Golden Mango Medal!" Bottomless leaps up in excitement, his cap nearly flying off. "I was born for this!" His friends cheer as he dashes to the first stall, tasting card ready.
Bottomless starts strong: juicy pineapple chunks, crunchy coconut cookies, sweet papaya pops, gooey honey-drizzled bananas, and spicy mango chili bites disappear in quick succession. "Let’s see how many snacks I can eat before I’m full! Oh, I’m not full yet… not even close!" His friends giggle as he polishes off another mango slice, his cap sliding over his eyes. He continues—berry smoothies, fluffy cloud cakes, rainbow fruit skewers, and a giant chocolate-dipped strawberry the size of his head. His tummy starts to stretch, but his grin stays wide. "Still room for more!"
Bottomless takes a huge bite, then another, his cheeks puffing out like balloons. He slows, pats his now very round belly, and gazes at the last few bites. The crowd falls silent, waiting. "Whoa... I think... I might be full. Really full!" He looks at the leftover cake, then at his friends, then at the shiny Golden Mango Medal.
Bottomless[/@ch_1] gently pushes the cake toward his little sister and friends. The crowd’s tension melts into smiles, and jungle animals cheer from every corner.]
"You know what? This cake looks yummy, but my tummy says 'enough is enough!' I had the best time tasting everything, and that's the real prize. Plus, now I can share the rest with my friends and sister!" His friends and sister beam as they dig in together. The toucan laughs, swooping down to drape the Golden Mango Medal around Bottomless's neck. "You tasted every snack, and you knew when to stop—that makes you a true snack champion!"

Bottomless beams, surrounded by friends and family, as they share the last bites of cake under the glowing sky. He feels a gentle fullness—not just in his tummy, but in his heart. He’s learned something special: enjoying treats is wonderful, but listening to your tummy and sharing with loved ones makes everything even sweeter.
