Ellie the Elephant was having a picnic with her friends under the big oak tree. The sun was shining brightly, and the meadow was filled with the smell of fresh flowers. Everything was perfect, but Ellie started to feel a little flutter in her tummy. She didn't know why, but she was feeling a bit worried.
Benny the Bunny, with his long ears twitching, noticed Ellie's worried face. "Are you okay, Ellie?" Ellie looked at her friends and sighed. "I don't know, Benny. I just feel a bit anxious," She replied softly.
Sophie the Squirrel chimed in with a warm smile. "I know something that might help! My mom taught me how to take deep breaths when I'm feeling worried," Sophie suggested. Benny nodded. "Yes, let's try it together!"
Ellie took a deep breath, filling her lungs with the fresh meadow air. "Inhale... and exhale," She whispered to herself. Benny and Sophie joined in, and soon they were all breathing slowly and deeply together.
Ellie began to feel the flutter in her tummy disappear. "I feel much better now," She said, smiling at her friends. Benny and Sophie cheered, happy to see Ellie feeling calm again.
Sophie gathered the group for a big hug. "Remember, we're always here to help each other," She said. Ellie felt grateful for her wonderful friends and knew she could always find calmness with their support.
