Faye and Jade bounced in their seats with excitement. Grandma and Papa smiled at each other, pleased to see their granddaughters so eager. "I can't wait to catch frogs and go swimming!" exclaimed Jade.
Faye grabbed her fishing rod, while Jade clutched a small net. They set off towards the beach, their eyes wide with wonder at the vast, sparkling ocean before them. "Let's see who catches the biggest fish!" Faye challenged.
Jade spotted a group of kids building a sandcastle and nudged Faye. "Let's join them!" she suggested. As they raced over, Grandma watched from a distance, her heart full of joy seeing the girls make new friends.
Faye leaned over the water, her eyes scanning for any sign of movement. Papa stood nearby, offering guidance. "There! Under the lily pad!" Faye whispered, pointing excitedly.
Grandma handed out marshmallows for roasting. Papa played his guitar softly, the gentle strumming mingling with the crackling fire. "This is the best part of camping," Jade sighed contentedly, her marshmallow perfectly golden.
Papa looked at his granddaughters, his voice soft with affection. "I'm glad we could spend this time together," he said. Faye and Jade snuggled closer, their hearts full, knowing these moments would be cherished forever.
