Charlotte stood in the center of the bathroom, her eyes wide with anticipation. Her tiny hands clutched the familiar figures of Quackers the duck and Bongo the monkey, her faithful stuffed companions. Mommy knelt beside her, offering a reassuring smile, while Daddy watched from the doorway, his face a picture of encouragement.
"Are you ready to try, sweetheart?" Mommy asked, her voice gentle and encouraging.
"Ready!" Charlotte nodded, squeezing Quackers a little tighter for bravery.
"Remember, it's just like a game," Daddy chimed in with a wink. "And you've got us all cheering for you!"
"Quack, quack!" Quackers seemed to say, offering encouragement.
"Ooh ooh, ah ah!" Bongo added, as if urging her on.
Charlotte set them down carefully beside the potty, looking at them for a moment before turning her attention to the task at hand.
"You did it, Charlotte!" Mommy exclaimed, clapping her hands.
"We're so proud of you!" Daddy added, beaming with pride.
Charlotte giggled with delight, her eyes sparkling as she hugged Quackers and Bongo, who seemed to be celebrating with her.
Mommy brought out a small sticker chart, placing a shiny star sticker on it. "This is for being such a brave girl today," she said.
"Thank you, Mommy and Daddy," Charlotte said, her voice filled with happiness.
"And thank you, Quackers and Bongo," Daddy added with a chuckle.
Charlotte lay in her bed, Quackers and Bongo nestled beside her. She thought about her day's adventure, feeling proud and content. "Tomorrow will be another fun day," she whispered to her stuffed friends, as Mommy and Daddy tucked her in with loving smiles.
