Clark sits cross-legged on the rug, carefully arranging his fleet of trucks by size and color. His eyes gleam with excitement as he imagines each truck embarking on a grand adventure.
"Today’s the day my trucks build the biggest city ever," he declares to the empty room, his voice brimming with determination.
Clark picks up his yellow dump truck and drives it across the rug, making engine noises. He imagines the truck hauling gravel to a towering skyscraper.
"We need more bricks over here! Everyone, move out!" he shouts, orchestrating his imaginary crew with gusto.
Clark pushes his red tow truck up the pillow, straining to reach the top. He narrates the struggle, filling the air with energetic sounds and dramatic pauses.
"Don’t give up, team! We can make it to the summit if we work together!" he urges, rallying his toy vehicles.
Clark surveys his creation with pride, carefully parking each truck in its designated spot. He smiles, feeling a sense of accomplishment.
"We did it! This is the greatest city ever built," he says, his voice filled with joy.
Clark’s mother: "Wow, Clark! Your city looks amazing. Did your trucks work hard today?"
Clark nods eagerly, recounting the story of their adventure.
"They climbed mountains and built skyscrapers. We made a dream come true," he explains, sharing his triumph.
Clark places his favorite truck on the shelf, promising another adventure tomorrow. He gazes at his city one last time, already dreaming of new stories.
"Goodnight, trucks. Tomorrow, we’ll build even bigger things," he whispers, his heart full of hope.
