Daisy, a graceful female paint horse with a coat of chestnut and white, grazed peacefully in the center of the meadow. The early morning light danced on her mane as she flicked her tail, ears twitching at the faint rustle nearby. Nearby, her friend Benny, a small, energetic bunny with velvety gray fur, peeked out from his burrow beneath a patch of daisies.
Corvus, a glossy black crow with keen eyes, swooped down from an old oak tree and landed beside Daisy. Benny bounced over, his nose twitching with excitement. The trio exchanged warm greetings, their laughter echoing softly. "Good morning, Benny! Good morning, Corvus! Isn’t it a beautiful day to be together?"
"I had the funniest dream last night," Benny began, his eyes wide. Corvus tilted his head, eager to listen, while Daisy nodded encouragingly. The friends took turns telling stories—of hidden tunnels, shiny treasures, and wild adventures—each tale met with delighted laughter and amazed gasps.
"Let’s see who can run the fastest to the river bend!" Corvus croaked mischievously. Daisy whinnied in excitement, her hooves stomping the soft earth, while Benny wiggled his ears in anticipation. Together, they raced across the meadow, laughter and fluttering wings trailing behind them.
Daisy paused, catching her breath, and looked fondly at her friends. "I’m so lucky to have you both," she said softly, her voice filled with affection. Benny nestled against her leg, while Corvus perched on a nearby stone, both beaming with happiness.
The friends stood together, watching the sky grow vibrant. "No matter what tomorrow brings, we’ll always have each other," Corvus declared, his voice confident. Daisy and Benny nodded, their hearts full. Wrapped in friendship, they lingered as the first stars appeared, promising more joyful days to come.
