Dora and Boots tiptoe along a narrow path, their eyes wide and searching. Out of nowhere, a ghostly figure floats up, its translucent form glowing faintly under the moonlight. "Ahh! Boots, did you see that? It's a ghost—again!" "Run, Dora! Let's get away before it gets us!"
Dora clutches Boots's hand, pulling him faster. They reach a clearing and spot their friend Geo Umizoomi, who is tinkering with a gadget shaped like a glowing flashlight. "Geo! There's a ghost chasing us—please help!" "Don't worry, Dora and Boots. I know just what to do!"
Geo Umizoomi hands each friend a magical monster mask, covered in glitter and feathers. "If we look scarier than the ghost, maybe he'll run away!" "I hope this works, Geo. I'm tired of running!" "Let's do it together!"
They leap out from behind the tree, roaring and waving their arms. The ghost freezes, his shimmering form trembling in the moonlight. "Boo! We're monster friends!" "Go away, ghost! We're not afraid anymore!" The ghost gasps and darts away, his wispy tail disappearing into the night.
Dora jumps up and down, her cheeks flushed with excitement. "Yay! We scared the ghost away!" "That was amazing, Geo!" "Teamwork always saves the day!"
Dora bursts through the door, eager to share her adventure. "Mom, you won't believe it—we were chased by a ghost and then we became monsters to scare him away! It worked!" Her mom smiles, pulling Dora close, and the night ends with laughter and hugs, safe and sound.
