Dora tiptoed along the path, her flashlight barely piercing the darkness. Boots clung to her side, his eyes wide and ears perked for any sign of movement.
Suddenly, a ghostly figure floated from behind an ancient tree, its white sheet billowing, and a hollow wail echoed through the night.
"Dora! Did you see that? It’s a ghost!"
"Run, Boots! Run!"
Dora and Boots race through the foliage, hearts pounding. They leap over logs and duck under branches, barely daring to look back.
"We need help! Geo Umizoomi will know what to do!"
Boots grabs Dora’s hand, and together they dash toward a familiar glowing portal at the edge of the jungle.
Geo Umizoomi, a clever and resourceful hero, appears in a flash of blue light, gears spinning on his suit.
"Geo! We saw a ghost in the jungle! It was so scary, all white and floating!"
"Don’t worry, friends. Let’s use our mighty math powers to solve the mystery!"
Geo scans the area, shining a light on a set of footprints and a tangled white sheet caught on a branch. Boots shivers but leans closer, curiosity overtaking fear.
"Look! The ‘ghost’ left footprints—ghosts don’t wear sneakers," Dora exclaimed, pointing at the muddy tracks.
"Let’s follow the clues. We’re close to solving this mystery!"
Swiper, the mischievous fox, looks embarrassed as he untangles himself.
"Swiper! It was you all along?!"
"Aw, man! I just wanted to give you a little scare for fun," Swiper admits, rubbing his nose.
"Come on, Boots, Geo! It’s scare back time!" Dora grins mischievously, grabbing the sheet and mask.
The friends hatch a plan, and soon Swiper is the one giggling nervously as Dora, Boots, and Geo spring from the shadows with their own silly ghost routine.
"You got me good! No more ghost tricks for me—at least for tonight,"
Together, they share a moonlit snack, grateful for friendship stronger than any fright.
