Dora and Boots are exploring, laughing together as they search for hidden treasures. Suddenly, a loud roar echoes through the trees, sending a flock of birds flying. "Dora, did you hear that?!" "Oh no, Boots! That sounded like a lion!" Their faces pale, and without another word, they turn and race down the path, dodging roots and branches as fear grips them.

Boots clings to Dora's hand, looking back nervously. "We need help, Dora! What if the lion follows us?" "Let’s find Geo Umizoomi. He’s always good at solving problems!" The two friends rush toward the edge of the clearing, scanning for their clever friend.

Dora and Boots burst into the playground, their voices shaky. "Geo, we saw a lion in the jungle! It roared so loudly, and we were so scared!" "A lion in the jungle? Hmm, let’s think! Not many lions live here… Could it be someone from the circus nearby?" The trio huddles together, trying to remember what they’ve seen and heard.
Geo Umizoomi leads Dora and Boots toward the circus, scanning for clues. Suddenly, the roar echoes again, but this time, it’s followed by laughter. From behind a curtain, Leon the Circus Lion bounds out, wearing a friendly grin and a jingly collar. "Hello, friends! Did I scare you? I was practicing my big circus roar!" "It was Leon all along! He’s not scary, he’s just practicing."

Dora hugs Boots and smiles at Geo Umizoomi. "Thank you, Geo, for helping us find out the truth! I feel much better now." "Anytime, Dora! It’s always good to ask questions when something seems scary." The friends laugh, feeling relieved as the day winds down.
Dora’s Mom[/@ch_5] stands by the table, smiling as Dora and Boots tell their story.]
"Mama, you won’t believe what happened today! We thought there was a scary lion in the jungle, but it was just Leon from the circus practicing his roar." "Oh, Dora! That does sound exciting—and a little bit scary. I’m glad you figured it out with your friends." "We learned that sometimes things aren’t as frightening as they seem!" The family laughs together, happy that their adventure ended safely.
