Dora and Boots tiptoed along the narrow path, flashlights in hand, searching for their lost map. Suddenly, a chilling wail cut through the silence, and a shimmering white figure floated above the path, its eyes glowing a ghostly green. "Dora, what is THAT?!" Dora's heart pounded as she gripped Boots's hand tightly.
"Run, Boots, run!" Dora shouted, pulling Boots behind her as they dashed through the undergrowth. "That ghost is right behind us! I don't want to be a ghost's snack!" Their breaths came out in sharp gasps, and leaves tangled in their hair as they sprinted away from the haunting specter. Behind them, the ghost shrieked again, sending a chill down their spines.
Geo Umizoomi, always ready for adventure, spotted Dora and Boots running toward him, their faces pale with fright. "Geo, you have to help us! There's a ghost in the woods, and it tried to scare us!" "A ghost? Don't worry, friends. We'll outsmart that spooky specter together!"
"What if we pretend to be scarier than the ghost?" Geo Umizoomi's eyes lit up with excitement. "I've got it! Let's become dragons! Ghosts are always afraid of dragons!" Dora grinned, feeling her courage return as they began to stomp and roar, flapping their arms like giant wings.
"ROAR! We are the mighty dragons!" "Beware, spooky ghost! Dragons don't like to be scared!" "Rawr! Go away, or we'll breathe fire!" The ghost's eyes widened in terror, and with a panicked wail, it spun around and zoomed off into the night, trailing wisps of mist behind.
Dora burst through the door, her cheeks flushed with excitement. "Mama, guess what happened! We scared away a ghost by being dragons!" Laughter and hugs filled the room as the adventure ended, and the sun rose on a brand-new day.
