Dora clutched her backpack tightly as she walked with Boots along the winding path. Suddenly, a ghostly figure floated out from behind a tree, its pale white sheet fluttering and eyes glowing eerily. Boots's hands trembled as the ghost let out a long, echoing wail.
"D-Dora, did you see that?!"
"Run, Boots! Run!" They dashed away, their hearts pounding as the ghost gave chase.

Dora and Boots burst into the clearing, panting and wide-eyed. Geo Umizoomi, with his blue helmet and kind eyes, looks up in surprise.
"Geo! There's a ghost in the woods! It chased us all the way here!"
"It was so scary, Geo. What do we do?"
"Don't worry, friends. We'll think of a way to scare that ghost right back!"
Geo Umizoomi sketches a quick plan on a piece of bark. Dora and Boots listen intently, their fear slowly turning into excitement.
"We'll dress up as ghosts ourselves. If we work together, we can scare that ghost away!"
"I like this idea! Boots, are you ready to be brave with me?"
"Let's do it! We'll show that ghost how it feels."
The air buzzes with suspense as the three friends circle the ghost, their voices echoing hauntingly. The ghost freezes, eyes widening in disbelief as three “ghosts” close in.
"Oooooo! Leave these woods at once!"
"We are the ghosts of this forest now!"
With a terrified shriek, the ghost drops its own sheet and darts away, vanishing into the dark trees.

Dora laughs, her fear completely forgotten as she remembers how scared they’d been earlier. Boots gives her a high-five, their adventure making them feel braver than ever.
"We did it, Boots! We scared the ghost just like it scared us."
"And we couldn't have done it without you, Geo!"
Dora[/@ch_1]'s mother sits in a rocking chair, listening intently. Sunlight streams through the window, and a gentle breeze stirs the curtains.]
Dora tells her mom every detail, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Boots occasionally chimes in, adding his own dramatic flair.
"Mom, you won't believe it! We were so scared, but then we scared the ghost away by being ghosts ourselves!"
"Now we know we can be brave, even when things seem scary."
Her mother smiles warmly, hugging them both, proud of their courage and clever thinking.
