Dora and Boots tiptoe up to the door of Peter Rabbit’s aunt’s house, the wooden sign swinging in the chilly breeze. As they approach, a sudden cold gust rattles the shutters, and shadows dance along the porch.
"Dora, are you sure this is the right house? It looks a little...creepy,"
"Don’t worry, Boots! We’re just here to deliver this basket of carrots. Nothing scary will happen. ¡Vámonos!"
As Dora and Boots walk through the narrow hallway, a sudden white figure glides past the staircase, letting out a faint, eerie wail. The friends freeze, gripping each other tightly as the basket tumbles to the floor, carrots rolling everywhere.
"D-d-did you see that, Dora? That was a ghost!"
"We have to get out of here, Boots! ¡Rápido!"
They barely catch their breath before stepping inside Igor the Starfish’s aunt’s house, which smells faintly of sea salt and lavender. But no sooner do they close the door than another ghostly shadow swoops across the window, sending the chimes into a frenzy.
"Dora, not again! There’s another ghost here!"
"Let’s go, Boots! Run!"
Dora[/@ch_1] and Boots dash through the moonlit forest, leaves crunching underfoot, until they reach the bright and bustling house of Geo Umizoomi. Neon lights blink from the windows, and the sound of cheerful music spills into the night.]
Dora pounds on the door with trembling hands, and Geo Umizoomi opens it, his face lighting up with concern.
"Geo! We saw ghosts at both houses! They chased us and made spooky noises!"
"Ghosts? Don’t worry, friends! We’ll solve this mystery together. Let’s go investigate!"
Dora[/@ch_1], Boots, and Geo Umizoomi move carefully through the creaky rooms, flashlights cutting through the darkness. Every corner is checked, every shadow examined.]
Suddenly, a familiar giggle echoes from behind the curtain. Geo Umizoomi pulls it back to reveal Peter Rabbit and Igor the Starfish, each draped in old bedsheets with holes cut for eyes, barely containing their laughter.
"Surprise! We just wanted to play a funny trick,"
"We didn’t mean to scare you so much!"
Dora and Boots grin, relief washing over their faces as they realize it was just their friends all along.
"Next time, let’s play a game that doesn’t involve ghosts!"
"Agreed! How about a dance party instead?"
Laughter rings out, echoing through the crisp night, as the friends celebrate a spooky mystery happily solved.
