"I'll never allow myself to be treated disrespectfully," he vowed, using past experiences as fuel for his ambitions.

Ralph chose to study civil engineering at the University of Cape Town, inspired by his uncles and a desire to solve problems. Here, he also discovered his passion for finance, leading him to pursue an MBA.
