Dropy peered through a wispy window in her cloud, gazing down in wonder at the patchwork of green fields and sparkling rivers below.
The other raindrops bounced and tumbled, eager to begin their journey, while the cloud grew heavier and darker, hinting at change.
"I wonder what it's like down there," Dropy mused, her voice tinged with excitement and a little nervousness.
Suddenly, the wind whips through, calling out with a whoosh, "Time to go!"
With a gentle "plip," Dropy is swept from the cloud, twirling and spinning as she falls through the cool, moist air.
Below, the world rushes up in a blur of green, brown, and blue, each drop glinting as it races toward Earth.
Dropy[/@ch_1] as she lands, trembling from her wild journey.]
Uncle Tree, his bark rugged but his eyes kind, welcomes her with a warm, rustling laugh.
"Hello, little drop. I am Uncle Tree," he says, his voice deep and gentle, as the leaf beneath Dropy glows in the soft rainlight.
"Where will I go now?" Dropy asks, peering curiously at the world below.
Dropy[/@ch_1] slides off the leaf, trickling down the rough bark and into the dark, cozy soil. The earth is cool and full of twisting roots, tiny rocks, and bustling insects.]
"You will travel to rivers, then to the ocean. Don’t worry, you are safe," Uncle Tree reassures her, his voice echoing softly through the ground.
Dropy wiggles through the earth, feeling the roots guide her until she bursts into a sparkling stream, racing alongside other drops toward a wide, rushing river.
The world broadens, and soon Dropy is swept along currents that shimmer under the sunlight, carrying her ever forward.
Dropy floats in the embrace of the big blue ocean, surrounded by new friends and adventures, but she feels pleasantly tired from her long journey.
The sun rises higher, warming the water and sending beams of golden light dancing below the surface.
"What a journey! But I wonder… will I ever see my cloud again?" Dropy whispers, her heart full of hope.
Dropy[/@ch_1] upward once more, light as air.]
Dropy soars higher, joining a new fluffy cloud filled with sparkling, giggling droplets.
The wind whispers softly, "These are your children. One day, they will fall as rain and begin their own grand adventure," filling Dropy with joy and wonder.
And so, the journey repeats—over and over again, forever—carrying Dropy, her children, and all the world’s raindrops through the magical water cycle, bringing life, laughter, and love to every corner of the earth.
