Ellie the Elephant stood by the river's edge, gazing at her reflection in the shimmering water. "Look at me," she thought with a sigh, "I'm so much bigger than everyone else. I must be too fatty."
Ellie avoided the playful splashes of her friends in the river, fearing their laughter might be about her size. Her heart ached as she watched them from afar, wishing to join but feeling held back by her insecurities.
Tilly the Tortoise was wedged between two rocks, her small voice calling for help. Ellie rushed over, her heart pounding with determination. With her strong trunk and sturdy legs, she gently pushed the rocks apart, freeing Tilly.
"Thank you, Ellie! You're my hero!" exclaimed Tilly, her eyes wide with gratitude. Ellie blinked in surprise. "But... I'm so big. I thought everyone thought I was too fatty."
"Ellie, your size is what saved me!" replied Tilly. "Your strength and big heart make you special. We love you just the way you are!"
The realization dawned on Ellie that her size was not a burden but a gift. Her friends' cheers and hugs filled her with warmth, and for the first time, she felt truly proud of herself.
Ellie splashed and laughed with her friends, no longer worried about her size. She understood now that what truly mattered was the kindness and strength she carried inside. And so, Ellie the Elephant lived happily, proud of her big heart, her big strength, and yes—even her big size.
