Emy loved the ocean. Every morning, she would run to the beach with a big smile on her face. "Look at all the fish!" Emy would say, pointing at the colorful fish swimming close to the shore.
Emy found a shiny, pink shell. "This one is so pretty," she giggled, holding it up to the sun. The sand felt warm under her feet, and the salty breeze tickled her nose. Emy loved searching for treasures.
Emy knelt beside the tide pool, peering into the clear water. "Wow, look at the little crabs," she whispered, watching the crabs scuttle over the rocks. Emy dipped her fingers in, feeling the cool water swirl around them.
Emy closed her eyes, dreaming of being a mermaid. "I can swim with you, little fish," she said softly. In her mind, Emy glided through the water, the fish dancing around her like a rainbow.
Emy hugged her knees, watching the sun dip into the ocean. "Goodbye, ocean. I'll see you tomorrow," she whispered, feeling sleepy and happy. The waves sang a lullaby, and the stars began to twinkle above.
Emy waved goodbye to the ocean, her heart full of joy. She held her pink shell tight, knowing she would return for more adventures. "Goodnight, ocean," she said, as she skipped home under the bright moon.
