Flocki[/@ch_1], a cute baby rabbit holding a carrot, sits with big, curious eyes.]
Flocki wiggled his nose, wondering why sometimes he felt so many things inside his little heart. Today, he wanted to learn about his feelings, all the happy, sad, and mad ones, too. He looked up as his dad, Arnie, entered the room with a warm smile.
Arnie (Dad) enters, tall and gentle, always ready to help.
Flocki[/@ch_1] giggles as he tosses his carrot in the air. The air is light, and the warmth feels like a hug.]
"Happiness is like sunshine in your heart, Flocki," Arnie said, sitting beside him. Flocki giggled, feeling silly and bright.
"I like when I feel happy! How do I keep it?"
"Enjoy it and remember little things that make you smile. Happiness comes and goes, but you can always find it again," Arnie replied, ruffling Flocki's ears.
Flocki[/@ch_1] sits quietly, hugging his carrot, eyes watery. The room feels smaller and quieter, the colors a bit muted.]
"Sometimes I feel sad, like now. I miss my friend," Flocki admitted, sniffling.
Bibi (Mom) enters, soft and caring, with a soothing voice.
"It's okay to feel sad, Flocki. Tears can help wash the sadness away," Bibi said, offering a gentle hug. "When you talk about it, sadness doesn't stay as long. Let your feelings be, then let them go."
Flocki[/@ch_1] stomps his foot and his cheeks puff up. The air is sharp and still, and the broken block lies in the center as a symbol of frustration.]
"Grr! I feel mad!" Flocki shouted, his ears twitching.
"Anger is like a little storm inside you," Arnie explained, kneeling down. "You can stomp or take deep breaths. Say how you feel, and the storm will calm."
"I don't like feeling mad, but it goes away when I talk or stomp my feet," Flocki realized, trying a deep breath.
Flocki[/@ch_1] perks up, ears high, eyes wide as he looks at a shelf of books and wonders about all the things he still has to learn. The room feels open and full of possibilities.]
"What about all these other feelings, Mom and Dad?"
"Curiosity helps you learn. Ask questions and explore your feelings," Bibi smiled, opening a colorful book. "Every feeling is part of you, Flocki. They come and go, and it's okay to feel them all," Arnie added.
Flocki[/@ch_1] sits snuggled between Arnie and Bibi, carrot in hand, surrounded by love.]
"I'm glad I can talk about my feelings with you," Flocki whispered, voice sleepy but happy.
"We are always here, no matter what you feel," Bibi promised, kissing his forehead. "Feelings help us grow. Let them happen, and let them go," Arnie said softly as Flocki closed his eyes, safe and understood.
